The honest stuff — read before you sign up

Free is not a trial. You can stay on Free indefinitely up to 10 employees. We don't expire your account, downgrade features, or auto-charge.
When you cross 10, we don't lock you out. An upgrade prompt appears. You have a 14-day grace window to upgrade to Starter (₹49/emp/mo). Your data isn't deleted; setup carries forward.
You can export your data any time. CSV, JSON, PDF — from inside the platform, no support ticket needed. Even on Free.
AI is not in the Free plan. AI Recruitment Matching, AI HR Assistant, Predictive Attrition are in the Premium AI Pack (Growth+) or included on Enterprise. Free covers everything you need to run a small team — without AI.
Your data is yours. We don't train models on your data. We don't sell to third parties. Full sub-processor list in our DPA. AWS Mumbai + Hyderabad — no cross-border transfer.
