Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Infomaze Sphere LLP uses cookies and similar technologies on hrplanr.com. We use a minimal set of cookies and do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
For information about how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember preferences, and improve your experience. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.
Our approach
We use the minimum cookies necessary to make the site work and to understand how it performs in aggregate. We do not:
- Use advertising cookies
- Use cross-site tracking
- Sell or share cookie data with advertisers
- Build behavioural profiles for marketing
Per DPDP Act 2023 requirements, we obtain consent for any non-essential cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your preferences at any time.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function and do not require consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
hrplanr_session | Maintains your session if you log into the platform | Session (deleted on browser close) |
csrf_token | Protects against cross-site request forgery on forms | Session |
cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie preferences | 12 months |
Analytics cookies (consent-based)
We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate, privacy-friendly site analytics. Plausible does not use cookies by default and does not collect personal data — see plausible.io/privacy. However, if you have consented to detailed analytics, the following may be set:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
plausible_ignore | Optional: excludes your own visits from analytics if set | Until cleared |
Functional storage (local, not cookies)
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
hrplanr-theme | Remembers your light/dark theme preference (browser local storage) | Until cleared by you |
Managing your cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences in three ways:
- Through our cookie banner — appears on first visit; change preferences any time via the link in the footer.
- Through your browser settings — modern browsers let you accept, reject, or delete cookies. See the help section of your browser.
- Through browser extensions — privacy-focused extensions can block cookies and tracking. We respect these signals.
Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working (e.g., logging into the platform, submitting forms).
Third-party cookies
The marketing site (hrplanr.com) does not set third-party cookies for tracking or advertising. The following may apply in limited contexts:
- Embedded content — if we embed YouTube videos or Twitter cards in blog posts, those embeds may set cookies. We use privacy-enhanced embed modes where available (e.g., youtube-nocookie.com).
- Demo booking — if you book a demo via Cal.com, Cal.com may set its own cookies on its booking page. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Payment — payment gateway pages set cookies necessary for transaction processing.
The hrPLANR platform itself (app.hrplanr.com), when logged in, uses only the strictly necessary cookies described above plus session-specific cookies for authenticated functionality.
Changes to this policy
We update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated via the cookie banner or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
